Aim for Five is a free educational platform designed to help students prepare for AP® exams. The service provides unit reviews, flashcards, practice questions, and study session planning tools.

To access Aim for Five you must create an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from Aim for Five.
• Redistribute, reproduce, or republish any content from the platform without prior written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aim for Five is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

The educational content is intended for supplemental study only. We make no guarantees regarding exam results or academic performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aim for Five and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination
